1. Your Deletion Rights
You may request deletion of your Work Register account and associated personal data at any time.
2. Ways to Request Deletion
- In-app: Use the account deletion flow in Settings.
- Web/Email: Send a deletion request to admin@pplsttech.com.
3. Data Usually Deleted
Depending on technical and legal limits, deletion usually includes your account/profile data (Google account identifier, display name, profile picture URL), your personal device-level state (mute/block/report state, device push tokens, locally cached chat keys, and any locally cached Google Calendar events and Gmail mailbox data), conversation metadata for chats you started outside of any Company, and uploaded content not attached to a Company you belong to. Your Google Calendar and Gmail data live only in the on-device cache and are also cleared whenever you disconnect those services or sign out. Encrypted message content held only on participants' devices is not recoverable from Work Register.
3a. Data Retained by Your Company
Work items, approvals, attendance entries, leave records, chat messages, and audit history that you created inside a Company you are or were a member of are part of that Company's records. The Company (acting through its Super Admin) is the controller of that data and decides retention. Your personal identifiers are removed or replaced with a "former member" placeholder; the underlying work history stays so the Company's audit trail remains intact.
4. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited data where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, accounting/audit obligations, or legal holds.
5. Third-Party Processors
Where data is processed by service providers on our behalf, we delete data from our systems and issue corresponding deletion instructions where appropriate.
6. Processing Time
We process deletion requests within a reasonable period after identity verification and legal checks. Completion timing may vary based on complexity and legal requirements.
7. Important Notes
- Deletion is generally irreversible.
- Deletion of Work Register account data does not automatically delete accounts managed by third-party identity providers.
- If your account is under legal hold or active abuse/security review, processing may be delayed.
- If you are the sole Super Admin of a Company, you must either transfer Super Admin to another member or delete the Company itself before requesting account deletion. We cannot leave a Company without an owner.
- Work Register does not currently sell any paid plan or subscription, so account deletion has no billing side-effects.
8. Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership before completing deletion requests.
