Work Register helps teams plan, track, review, and communicate about work. It does not guarantee delivery, approval, recall, retention, or availability of any task, message, file, attendance entry, or notification.

Work Register is not a substitute for any statutory, regulatory, payroll, or human-resources system of record. Items recorded in the app must not be relied on as a sole source of truth for legal, tax, audit, or compliance purposes.

You use Work Register at your own discretion. Work Register, its operator, and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, delay, missed deadline, missed notification, incorrect data, or other consequence arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Work Register ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to our mobile apps, website pages, and support channels. The App is operated by PPLST Tech Private Limited, Office No. 933, B-3, Spaze I.T Park, Sector 49, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122018, India ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

Work Register is a team task and approvals app. Features may include: Google Sign-In; creation of and membership in one or more Companies; the Workspace hierarchy of Projects, Jobs, and Tasks with statuses To Do, Doing, Done, Checked, and Authorised; a two-step approval flow run by Checkers and Authorisers; an Approvals tab for pending Check, Authorise, Edit, and Delete actions; recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) work items; team Roles (Super Admin, Tech Admin, Authoriser, Checker, Auditor, Maker, Member) and custom Responsibility Levels and Designations; Departments; the Users tab; Org Chart and Leaderboard; Attendance and Leaves with an Time Manager role; end-to-end encrypted 1:1 and group chat with voice and video calling, voice notes, media, locations, contacts, and document attachments; a Calendar that displays your own Google Calendar events (read-only); in-app notifications and push notifications; abuse reporting; and biometric/device re-authentication for sensitive actions. Work Register is currently free to use and does not include any paid plan, subscription, or in-app purchase. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish updated Terms before they become effective.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery, Approval, or Outcome

Work Register does not guarantee:

Behaviour and timing depend on your operating system, device settings, network coverage, third-party push and telecommunications infrastructure, and your company's own configuration.

4. Not a System of Record for Compliance

Work Register is a productivity tool. It is not a payroll system, an HRIS, a regulated record-keeping system, or a public emergency-response service. Do not rely on Work Register as the sole source of truth for any legal, tax, audit, statutory, regulatory, or compliance purpose. Maintain your authoritative records in your official compliance system.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by local law (whichever is higher), to use Work Register. Work Register is intended for use in a professional or organisational context and is not designed for children.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Work Register for lawful work-related purposes inside the company you belong to.

9. Permissions and Device Features

Certain features require permissions such as notifications, microphone, camera, location, and contacts. If permissions are denied or revoked - or if your operating system, focus mode, do-not-disturb, battery optimization, work profile, or other device controls limit notifications - alerts, calls, and messages may be delayed, muted, or undelivered. Work Register is not responsible for these conditions.

10. End-to-End Encryption

Messages between Work Register users are end-to-end encrypted - only the people in the conversation can read the message content. Work Register cannot recover encrypted message content if access to your account or device is lost.

11. Company Data and Roles

Each Company in Work Register has its own data, members, and admins. The Super Admin (and Tech Admin) of a Company controls the Company's configuration, role assignments, and member removals. Within a Company:

If you join a Company, you understand that your work-related activity inside that Company is visible to the Company's admins to the extent permitted by your role, and that the Company controls its own data.

12. User Content and Conduct

You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, and improve Work Register.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consent needed to share content (including media, location, and personal information of others) inside a Company.

13. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate misuse and enforce policies by warning, restricting features, removing content, suspending accounts, or terminating access when necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

14. Third-Party Services

Work Register relies on third-party services (for example, authentication, cloud hosting and storage, real-time communication, push notifications, diagnostics, and analytics). Your use of integrated features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies. Work Register is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or behavior.

15. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Register is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, or that tasks, approvals, messages, calls, or notifications will be delivered, retained, seen, read, or acted on.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Work Register, its operator PPLST Tech Private Limited, its contributors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of life, personal injury, property damage, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to:

17. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Work Register and its operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India. Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction continue to apply where applicable.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
